7) If you are up all night and feel any irritation in your eyes, then take rest. Put some freshly cut cucumber slices on your eyes.


8) Rest your eyes for a while after a few hours of work(i.e study or computer games) or play.


9) Try to take sufficient of Vitamin A! Too much can make your eyes red as well.

10) Do eye exercises such as rolling your eyes, looking down, up, side to side.

 you probably won't see a dramatic improvement right away. Be patient.
